A wide range of restaurants, tearooms, and bistros to satisfy my refined palate. The sun terrace offered delightful river views while enjoying the free wifi throughout. And let's not forget the gluten-free breakfast - a real treat!
Oh, how I despised all that public parking nearby. Such an inconvenience.

The hostess Sofie was incredibly gracious. The breakfast was beautifully presented with a wide choice of baked goods. The location is perfect, quiet beside a canal but close to the main square. The owners have loads of knowledge of the area and are very welcoming.
Can't fault anything about it.

the owners were warm and welcoming, providing helpful tips for an authentic experience, including which tourist sites to avoid. the location was superb, with a lovely canal in front and only a 10-minute walk to the bustling center. Our room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and convenient USB sockets. We had a scrumptious continental breakfast with a Belgian touch.
Only the entrance of the establishment was not private, which may not be ideal for independent travelers.

Great location near city center but away from the hustle and bustle, with free street parking during the day and secure parking nearby at a reasonable price. the comfortable and clean room had thoughtful touches like USB sockets next to the bed. the friendly and knowledgeable hosts offer insider information about the area, including hidden gems and local history.
The room is part of a larger home, so there is no private entrance and guests need to ring the doorbell. This may not be ideal for independent travelers or those seeking complete privacy.

This hotel is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service and luxury amenities that exceeded our expectations. the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with exclusive features, such as a private outdoor dining area and high-quality private facilities.
While it was convenient for exploring the city, it was slightly noisy in the mornings due to the bustling neighborhood.

I had a very uncomfortable sleep due to the very hard bed and the noise from outside. the small bathroom made using the shower quite difficult and uncomfortable.
